Technical Support Assistant

Description of activities:

  • Execute each step of the deployment process.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers; understand the overall functioning of the client's journey and company; verify the delivery of each stage of the journey.
  • Assist the client in verifying the business manager; work with the client to activate the service channels, resolving doubts about the use of the systems; monitor and support the implementation and use of the systems.
  • To implement the construction of complex service flows.
  • Assist and train clients on workflows; perform error and problem analysis during service interactions.
  • Monitor and classify call queues. Identify the root cause of technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Implement the solutions found for problems, ensuring that systems and equipment are functioning correctly.
  • Update and maintain technical documentation, including support and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide training to users on the use of systems and equipment. Register, track, and manage technical incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and solve technical problems.
  • Skills in user training and clear communication.
  • Ability to work in a team and deal with different types of clients.
  • Knowledge of chatbot and voicebot systems is desirable.
  • Organization and proactivity are needed to manage multiple tasks and simultaneous demands.
  • Training in the field will be a plus.
