WhatsApp, one of the world's most popular messaging apps, is bringing new features to Android users with updates that can improve the user experience.
Search by Date
Starting this Wednesday (28), users of Android phones will be able to search messages by date on WhatsAppThis feature allows the user to choose a specific date and directly access all messages sent on that day. Previously, this feature was only available on iOS (iPhone operating system) and the desktop application for Macs and WhatsApp Web.

How it works:
- Open any conversation in WhatsApp.
- Tap the contact or group name at the top of the screen.
- Next, click "Search" and choose the desired date to jump directly to messages from that day.
Additionally, you can also search for media, links, and documents in your conversations. Simply follow the same procedure and select the "Media and document links" option, where the user can switch between these categories.
Enhanced Stickers
Have you ever felt frustrated by the low resolution of animated stickers on WhatsApp? Well... the app has brought another new feature! WhatsApp is undergoing an update that promises to improve the quality of these stickers.
In the beta version of WhatsApp on Android, support for the Lottie library is already visible. This library is capable of reducing file sizes and significantly increasing the quality of sticker images. Although this feature is not yet available to the general public, it is expected to allow the application to run larger, more detailed animations with superior quality.
