El CEO de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobiletime.com.br\/?s=Matrix+Go\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matriz Go<\/a>, Nicola S\u00e1nchez, present\u00f3 conceptos que demuestran c\u00f3mo el funcionamiento del cerebro humano est\u00e1 directamente ligado al \u00e9xito de las tecnolog\u00edas que buscan interactuar con las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan S\u00e1nchez, dos \u00e1reas del cerebro merecen especial atenci\u00f3n en la interacci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica: la corteza prefrontal, responsable del razonamiento l\u00f3gico y el pensamiento profundo; y la am\u00edgdala, que act\u00faa como impulsor emocional, influyendo en reacciones primarias como la alegr\u00eda, la ira, el asco y la tristeza. \u00abCualquier tecnolog\u00eda que interact\u00fae con las personas debe considerar c\u00f3mo funciona el cerebro\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ejecutivo explica que, al ser estimulados por emociones negativas intensas, como la ira o la tristeza, la cognici\u00f3n de los consumidores puede verse limitada. Esto supone un reto para los agentes de IA, que necesitan reconocer e interpretar se\u00f1ales emocionales para evitar situaciones negativas, como intentos inapropiados de calmar a los usuarios ante problemas t\u00e9cnicos. &quot;Se debe tener mucho cuidado al crear indicaciones para que el agente interprete correctamente estas emociones&quot;, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, en situaciones de felicidad, la capacidad cognitiva de los individuos est\u00e1 plena, abriendo espacio para la creaci\u00f3n de relaciones altamente personalizadas a trav\u00e9s de la IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 sobre la profundizaci\u00f3n de las relaciones entre los humanos y los agentes de IA, como se ha informado: \u201cLa relaci\u00f3n con la IA, como se ha observado, tambi\u00e9n puede ser un riesgo para la salud mental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La neurociencia mejora el servicio al cliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro punto planteado fue la importancia de modular las emociones en el entorno de la IA, incluyendo desaf\u00edos como comprender el sarcasmo, la iron\u00eda, la ambig\u00fcedad y la neurodivergencia en individuos. \u00abLos humanos tienden a relacionarse solo con quienes son similares a ellos.
