And it was this experience \u2014 <strong>empirical, real and strategic<\/strong> \u2014 which gave me the necessary understanding to develop the powerful architecture <strong>Morpheus<\/strong>, based on two concepts that I created myself: <strong>AI First<\/strong> and <strong>AI Total.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2407\">These two principles arose from the observation of a simple but worrying phenomenon: <strong>Most companies are trying to use Artificial Intelligence without understanding what it really is \u2014 or what needs to exist before it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2408\">The collective illusion of &quot;corporate AI&quot;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2409\">Today, I see an insane race to &quot;have AI&quot; in every department. Chatbots, co-pilots, automations, and dashboards are sold as if they were the Holy Grail of efficiency. But the reality we find in operations is completely different: <strong>Misinformation, conceptual confusion, and a complete lack of technical preparation on the part of leaders and managers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2410\">The biggest challenge we face is not technological. It is <strong>cognitive and cultural.<\/strong> Most executives don&#039;t understand the basics of how AI works \u2014 and worse, they still believe that the model &quot;knows&quot; what&#039;s going on inside their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2411\">The fundamental mistake: thinking that the LLM knows about your business.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2412\">This is where the collapse begins. <strong>Language Models (LLMs)<\/strong> were trained with <strong>billions of data points on the Internet<\/strong>, but <strong>no data from your company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2413\">They know physics, art, medicine, and law \u2014 but <strong>They have absolutely no idea how you sell, produce, serve, or make decisions.<\/strong> They don&#039;t know their values, their mission, their culture, or their internal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2414\">A company&#039;s true understanding lies <strong>scattered across people, spreadsheets, emails, reports, and conversations<\/strong> \u2014 fragmented, contradictory, and emotionally unstructured. And AI, when deployed without curation, only amplifies this chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2415\">AI First and AI Total: the new paradigm<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2416\">It was from this realization that I created the philosophy. <strong>AI First<\/strong> \u2014 an approach that places intelligence at the center of all corporate decisions, from process design to customer experience. It&#039;s not about &quot;having AI in some places,&quot; but about <strong>think of the company as a cognitive ecosystem<\/strong>where every action, piece of data, and decision is guided by intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2417\">And as this thought evolved, the concept was born. <strong>AI Total<\/strong> \u2014 full integration between <strong>human, artificial, and organizational intelligences<\/strong>Here, AI ceases to be a tool and becomes a... <strong>reasoning infrastructure<\/strong>, distributed among agents, processes, and contexts, which communicate and learn together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2418\">This architecture is the basis of <strong>Morpheus<\/strong>, which we designed to represent all instances where we use AI: from operational automation to customer service, from data curation to global auditing, from language models to orchestrated autonomous agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2419\">The difference between using AI and being AI.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2420\">Many companies want to &quot;use AI&quot; to solve specific bottlenecks.
