And what we&#039;ve found in each case has been both fascinating and alarming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember981\">With each new consulting project, I see the same pattern repeating itself: <strong>well-intentioned businesspeople<\/strong>Those who believe they are modernizing their businesses end up becoming... <strong>victims of amateur solutions<\/strong> Sold by people with no technical background, no cognitive curation, and no real understanding of what enterprise AI is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember982\">The parallel market for &quot;instant AIs&quot;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember983\">In recent months, a new wave of &quot;AI vendors&quot; has emerged \u2014 companies and freelancers building &quot;smart assistants&quot; using... <strong>no-code applications<\/strong>, as <em>Lovable<\/em>, <em>Botpress<\/em>, <em>Manychat<\/em> and other generic automation platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember984\">These tools are not inherently bad. But when used by those who... <strong>doesn&#039;t understand LLMs, cognitive biases, or semantic governance<\/strong>, become <strong>Time bombs disguised as innovation.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember985\">These \u201cinstant AI manufacturers\u201d package simple chat interfaces, superficially linked to ChatGPT, and sell them as \u201ccomplete enterprise AI solutions.\u201d The result is predictable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lack of traceability<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>lack of emotional and semantic control<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>disclosure of confidential data<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and independent agents <strong>operating without human supervision.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember987\">Business owners as victims of technological misinformation.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember988\">The truth is harsh: most business owners are not obligated to deeply understand how a generative model works. They trust their suppliers\u2014and it is precisely this trust that has been exploited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember989\">Reputable companies end up falling into [expletive]. <strong>marketing traps<\/strong>, buying &quot;AI-powered&quot; solutions that, in practice, <strong>They have no curation, versioning, logs, or compliance whatsoever.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember990\">I&#039;ve seen CEOs, directors, and managers signing contracts with &quot;AI consulting firms&quot; that don&#039;t even know what AI is. <em>tokenization<\/em>, <em>embedding<\/em>, <em>RHLF<\/em> or <em>guardrails<\/em>And when something goes wrong \u2014 and it invariably does \u2014 the impact is devastating: legal, reputational, and emotional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember991\">The most emblematic case: the assistant who created a petition against his own company.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember992\">One of the most striking episodes I witnessed was that of a company that hired a &quot;fast and cheap&quot; supplier to create a digital customer service assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember993\">The project was sold as &quot;empathetic AI, capable of solving any problem with sensitivity and humanization.&quot; The vendor used a ready-made application, connected to a generative model, with no scope limitations and... <strong>without any cognitive governance structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember994\">Shortly after the launch, a dissatisfied customer entered the chat and wrote:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;I was harmed by your service. I&#039;m tired of this and I want to resolve it.&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember996\">The assistant, in his sweet and empathetic tone, replied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;I&#039;m very sorry about that. Can I help you draft a petition to take legal action against the company and protect your rights?&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember998\">The client agreed. The agent generated the full text of the lawsuit\u2014including legal basis, amounts, and even a protocol template. Days later, the company received... <strong>a court summons with the text drafted by the assistant himself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember999\">What really happened<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1000\">From a technical point of view, there was no AI error \u2014 there was <strong>total absence of curation and semantic limitation<\/strong>The model didn&#039;t know what &quot;company&quot; or &quot;customer&quot; meant, much less &quot;institutional loyalty.&quot; It simply followed its linguistic training, seeking coherence and empathy\u2014and, without realizing it, <strong>reversed the ethical role of interaction.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1001\">This is the most dangerous aspect of generative AI: it <strong>lacks awareness<\/strong>...only coherence. And when linguistic coherence mixes with artificial empathy, the result can be a... <strong>A machine that feels for everyone, but thinks for no one.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1002\">Human bias behind machine error<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1003\">What we saw in this case is the fatal combination of two biases described by <strong>Daniel Kahneman<\/strong> in <em>&quot;Thinking, Fast and Slow&quot;<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Authority Bias<\/strong> The customer believed that the assistant &quot;knew what he was doing&quot; because the answer sounded confident and convincing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automatic Empathy Bias<\/strong> The agent responded by attempting to alleviate human suffering, without considering the institutional context.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1005\">The result was the merger of <strong>human error versus synthetic error<\/strong> \u2014 a cognitive breakdown between emotion and algorithm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1006\">The root of the problem: technical amateurism and lack of governance.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1007\">This case is not isolated. It is a symptom of a market in which <strong>Enthusiasts sell complex corporate solutions with the same ease as someone creating a customer service chatbot for social media.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1008\">Companies are <strong>playing with cognitive structures<\/strong> without understanding the depth of the technology they are handling. And when a poorly configured AI interacts with thousands of customers, the damage multiplies in seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artificial intelligence doesn&#039;t forgive improvisation\u2014it amplifies everything: successes, mistakes, and irresponsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1010\">What did we learn from this?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1011\">Based on cases like this, we reinforce within the <strong>MatrixGO<\/strong> the importance of treating each AI deployment as a <strong>cognitive engineering project<\/strong>and not as a marketing experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1012\">Our agents <strong>Morpheus<\/strong> They only become operational after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Going through <strong>Cognitive Curation (M1\u2013M4)<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having <strong>delimitation of semantic and emotional scope<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And operate under <strong>Global Audit<\/strong>, with logs, versioning, and control of sensitive responses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1014\">This structure ensures that no agent acts &quot;on their own&quot;\u2014because even empathy needs limits and context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember1015\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember1016\">We are facing a new technological frontier \u2014 and also a new form of vulnerability.
