Many leaders, founders, and visionaries\u2014those who once dreamed up a business from scratch, who put their ideas, their sweat, and their heart into it\u2014are <strong>handing over the future of your creation to soulless systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember739\">The danger of absence: the corporate unconscious being rewritten by machines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember740\">In psychoanalysis, Freud said that the unconscious is the part of the mind that guides behavior without the subject realizing it. In business, the unconscious is the <strong>founder<\/strong>, the <strong>original purpose<\/strong>, the <strong>history that gave rise to culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember741\">But when the company starts adopting AI without the presence of the founder\u2014without his eye, without his desire, without his voice\u2014it starts to <strong>train machines without essence<\/strong>These machines begin to repeat generic data, neutral responses, statistical patterns \u2014 and the company, little by little, loses what made it unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AI begins to reproduce the world \u2014 not your world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember743\">The Human Unconscious and the \u201cAI Unconscious\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember744\">The human unconscious is made of stories, pain, passions, and symbols. The AI unconscious is made of data, patterns, and probabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember745\">But there is one thing in common: <strong>both are invisible and shape behavior<\/strong>Just as the human unconscious can betray the subject, AI can betray the company\u2014if fed with soulless, directionless content, without the \u201cfounding desire\u201d behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When the leader is absent, the machine loses its bearings. And the culture, silently, fades away.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember747\">Desire and prediction: who teaches whom?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember748\">Lacan said that desire is what moves human beings\u2014the lack that drives us to create. AI, on the other hand, does not desire. It <strong>predicts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember749\">But if the one who teaches AI is not the dreamer, then who does it learn to imitate?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember750\">Companies are letting algorithms, trained with market material, \u201clearn\u201d what they should say, do, and decide. And so, without realizing it, they are <strong>reprogramming the unconscious of your own organization<\/strong> with generic data from competitors, suppliers and external consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The result? A statistical copy\u2014polished, efficient, but soulless.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember752\">The return of the repressed: culture replaced by automation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember753\">In psychoanalysis, the repressed always returns. In business, what is repressed\u2014purpose, values, intuition\u2014also returns\u2026 but in the form of <strong>misalignment, demotivation and loss of identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember754\">When AI takes over processes without the symbolic oversight of a leader, it begins to reflect the collective unconscious of the market\u2014not the singular unconscious of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Without the leader, the algorithm becomes the new boss. But a boss without purpose is the beginning of the end.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember756\">The role of the founder: infusing human DNA into the machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember757\">Training an AI is not just a technical task. It&#039;s a <strong>symbolic and creative act<\/strong>. It is transferring the \u201cfounding desire\u201d to the machine \u2014 the vision that gave rise to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember758\">Therefore, the founder needs to actively participate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>choose the words,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>set the tone,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guide the answers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and teach what it means <strong>\u201cto be\u201d that company.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember760\">Because if AI is not trained with the soul of the leader, it will be trained with the noise of the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember761\">AI as a mirror of the corporate unconscious<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember762\">Artificial Intelligence is the <strong>mirror of the organizational unconscious<\/strong>It shows what was said, what was forgotten, and what was suppressed. It reveals how much the company still retains\u2014or has already lost\u2014of its founder&#039;s original vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is your AI saying about you? Does it sound like your brand\u2026 or any other?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember764\">Conclusion: the soul of the company lives in the founder&#039;s desire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember765\">Artificial Intelligence can accelerate processes, automate tasks, and optimize results. But if the <strong>founding desire<\/strong> is not present, it transforms what was singular into generic. Genius into efficiency.
