Efficiency without curation can turn into cognitive chaos\u2014and silent corporate catastrophes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In recent months, many companies have started to allow the use of tools such as ChatGPT<\/strong>, believing that it is fostering innovation and productivity. But, in practice, what we have observed in implementation of Agentic AI<\/strong> is the opposite: organizations exposing critical data and compromising their operational integrity<\/strong> due to pure technical ignorance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MatrixGO, when integrating corporate cognitive agents across different sectors, found worrying cases where Well-intentioned collaborators \u2014 and without any technical training \u2014 created true digital catastrophes<\/strong> believing that he is \u201cworking efficiently\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we found in practice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During implementation processes Agentic AI<\/strong> in corporate clients, we identified a recurring and alarming pattern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Users connecting corporate email accounts directly to public chats<\/strong>, exposing internal communications, contracts and confidential information without realizing the risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Direct integrations with Google Drive and shared folders<\/strong>, allowing unsupervised agents to access strategic, confidential and even personal content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Automatic copying of AI-generated reports and spreadsheets<\/strong>, applied in internal decisions without any human conference<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Summaries and texts produced by the chat replicated in full in official communications<\/strong>, without technical, legal or semantic review.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These actions, although without bad faith<\/strong>, created security breaches, information inconsistencies and reputational damage<\/strong>. In some cases, the simple act of \u201cplugging in\u201d a drive has exposed years of corporate history<\/strong> to external systems without traceability control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lack of intention doesn't eliminate responsibility\u2014and in AI, a lack of curation can be costly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Why does this happen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Many of these incidents stem from a common misconception: people believe that ChatGPT \u201cunderstands the corporate context\u201d<\/strong>, when in fact he predicts language<\/strong>, does not interpret scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Without a minimum technical understanding of as a language model (LLM)<\/strong> works \u2014 your layers of semantic coding, probabilistic reasoning and cognitive alignment<\/strong> \u2014 the collaborator ends up transferring human trust to a statistical system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And the most dangerous: many don't even check the answers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Believing in the AI's textual authority, they accept any well-written result as correct. This is what we call \u201ccoherence bias\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 when form replaces content and blind trust replaces audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The false sense of efficiency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In the short term, use without training seems productive<\/strong>: Reports are generated quickly, text flows easily, and answers appear in seconds. But in the long run, symptoms of cognitive inefficiency<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
